AKIPRESS.COM - 800,000 traffic tickets were issued since the launch of Safe City project, said deputy chief of traffic police Ymanaly Sarkulov on air of Birinchi Radio. According to him, the drivers usually violate speed limit, as well as violate road markings and do not stop in front of the stop line, said Sarkulov.
Sarkulov added that CCTV cameras were installed in the Bishkek and Chui region within the first phase of the project. The other cameras will be installed in the 306 stations across the Kyrgyzstan within the 2nd phase.
