Kyrgyzstan exported fruits and vegetables to Turkey for $13.4 million

AKIPRESS.COM - Turkey is one of the main export destinations for Kyrgyzstani made goods accounting for 4% of Kyrgyzstan's total exports, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Kyrgyzstan exported fruits and vegetables for $13.4 million and cotton fiber for $8.9 million to Turkey in January-August 2019.
The UK remains the biggest export destination for Kyrgyzstan accounting for 41.3% of exports. Kyrgyzstan exports gold to the UK.
Other important export destinations include China (3.4%), Lithuania (1.3%) and Iran (1.1%).
Kyrgyzstan also exports its goods to Kazakhstan (18.4%), Russia (13.7%), Uzbekistan (7.3%) and Tajikistan (3%).
