Kyrgyzstan to mark International Forest Day and plant 6 million trees

AKIPRESS.COM - The committee on social issues, healthcare, science and education has approved the draft resolution of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on announcement of March 15 as a National Day of Planting Trees.
According to the initiator of the project MP Ainura Altybayeva, 6 million trees are planned to the planted.
According to the last reports, the most emissions to the environment come to Bishkek, she said.
MPs urged to plant the trees not only on March 15.
Altybayeva said there will no any restrictions for planting trees.
The initiators of the draft resolution said that the trees will be in the balance of the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry.
