Forest management information system to be piloted in Kyrgyzstan since November

AKIPRESS.COM - The national seminar on the forest management information system was held in Bishkek on November 19.
The information system was developed as part of the Integrated Forest Ecosystem Management Project financed by the World Bank and the Global Environment Fund.
The information system will allow to simplify collection, processing, storage, search and exchange of information on forest and forest resources. The system will automate the routine operations carried out by forestry enterprises.
The information system will tested since late November prior to the full launch.
