President Jeenbekov briefs on need to develop new Concept of state policy in religion sphere

AKIPRESS.COM - It is necessary to develop and adopt new Concept of state policy of Kyrgyzstan in the sphere of religion, said the President Sooronbai Jeenbekov at the International Conference "Islam and Orthodox Christianity - Peaceful Religions" on November 21 in Bishkek. President noted that state organizations and Spiritual Administration should cooperate in order to achieve the goals. The period of implementation of Concept is set to expire in 2020, so we need to develop and adopt new Concept.
"The work over the concept should be launched now, so its essence and content should comply with the modern requirements," said President.
