Diagnostic centers in Kyrgyzstan to be fined for vehicles polluting air

AKIPRESS.COM - A group of Parliament members of Kyrgyzstan proposes to fine the relevant diagnostic centers for poor execution of their functions while carrying out the technical inspection of vehicles.
The draft law has been submitted to the public discussion.
The document suggests to supplement some laws of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the diagnostic centers.
The category 5 fine is offered to be imposed for diagnostic centers for shortcomings: 10,000 som for individuals, 28,000 - for entities.
The procedure of prosecution of the diagnostic centers is established by the government of Kyrgyzstan.
The licenses issued by diagnostic centers should confirm that the vehicle is fully meets the requirements, has no problems, doe not pollute the air and is fully ready for exploitation.
