Kyrgyzstani gets 2.5 years conditional sentence for giving bribe to cop in Russia

AKIPRESS.COM - A 52-year-old citizen of Kyrgyzstan got 2.5-year conditional sentence with a 2-year probation period for giving bribes to traffic police officer in Russia, PenzaInform reports.
The case occurred in September 2019. The Kyrgyzstani was drunk driving the Scania on M5 highway and run into a wrong lane. He also ignored police stop.
Kyrgyzstani was chased down, and during filing a protocol against him, the driver tried to bribe the police officer giving 15,000 rubles.
Traffic police officer refused to the take the bribe and reported the crime to the police.
