Nazarbayev invites Central Asian Presidents to visit Turkestan

AKIPRESS.COM - Nursultan Nazarbayev at the consultative meeting in Tashkent invited the Presidents of Central Asian countries to visit Turkestan region in fall of 2020, the press service of the former President reported. "The cradle of the Turkic world, the city of Turkestan, is now facing it new Renaissance. At the same time it certinly preserves its cultural and historical and spiritual core. We will turn it into a beautiful metropolis, which will become our common pride. Therefore, I invite the brotherly Central Asian states to visit this ancient city in the fall of the next year," he said.
The second consultative meeting of the heads of the Central Asian countries is held in Tashkent on November 29.
