Japanese Embassy donates rehabilitation equipment to children’s neuropsychiatric institute in Belovodsk

AKIPRESS.COM - A handover ceremony of the equipment on project "Improvement of rehabilitation services in three institutes of Bishkek and Chui region" took place in the Belovodsk children's neuropsychiatric institute on November 29, the Embassy of Japan reported. The project is being implemented as part of the grant program of the Embassy of Japan.
According to the grant agreement signed on March 4, 2019, equipment and a furniture worth $56,593 were handed over as part of the project of the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia.
Minister of Labor and Social Development Ulugbek Kochkorov reported that the equipment provided by the Embassy is the first ever rehabilitation equipment, which will be used in the institute.
Ambassador of Japan Shigeki Maeda vowed to continue implementation of the projects at local levels in the education, healthcare and social development spheres.
