Number of pensioners in Kyrgyzstan increases in 2019 by 17,000 people

AKIPRESS.COM - The number of pensioners in Kyrgyzstan this year grew by 17,000 people, Chairman of the Social Fund Mederbek Irsaliyev said at the parliament session. The similar growth by 17-18 thousand people is expected, Irsaliyev noted.
According to him, a big growth of pensioners was observed in 2018-2019.
MP Jyrgalbek Turuskulov offered the Social Fund to study the experience of other countries. According to him, the same situation is happening in the neighboring countries. He proposed to examine the system in the developed countries for example Korea, where citizens transfer money to the bank, which pays dividends then.
