Uzbekistan, OSCE discuss cooperation

AKIPRESS.COM - The delegation of Uzbekistan led by Senate Committee Chairman Alisher Kurmanov met OSCE Secretary General Thomas Gremingher and attended the roundtable at the Vienna Diplomatic Academy on ongoing reforms in the country, the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
The OSCE will remain a reliable partner of Uzbekistan in achievement of set goals and stands ready to further support the reforms launched in the country, Thomas Gremingher said.
A strong and united Central Asia is an important guarantee of the joint counteraction to security challenges and threats, pledge for sustainable and stable development of Asia, he said.
