New park in Bishkek irrigated with artesian water — ecologist

AKIPRESS.COM - A new park Yntymak in Bishkek is irrigated with clean drinking water, ecologist Dmitry Vetoshkin said today at the session of the working group.
This is a water reserve for our future generation, he noted.
"The Yntymak park for us, ecologists, was a park of hope. We thought that any kinds of trees will take root there. Irrigation system is ideal there," he said.
The participants of the meeting said that many seedlings of trees are being purchased from abroad, which negatively affects the national nurseries, because of the lack of state orders.
Vice mayor of Bishkek Ulanvek Azygaliyev asked the ecologists and public associations to help in construction of three other parks in the city.
