Finance Ministry to provide 400 million som budget loan to State Mortgage Company

AKIPRESS.COM - The Finance Ministry will provide 400 million soms loan to the State Mortgage Company.
The Ministry of Economy will oversee proper use of the budget loans provided to the State Mortgage Company.
The State Mortgage Company was set up in 2015. Its charter capital was increased from the initial 10 million to 310 million soms in 2016.
The only shareholder of the company is the State Property Management Fund.
The aim of the Mortgage Company is to support proper functioning of mortgage lending and to make it affordable.
