Kyrgyzstan, UAE to cooperate in education sphere

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan and the UAE signed an agreement on exchange of students and allocation of quotas to Kyrgyz students for study in the UAE universities on bachelor and masters degree programs, Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan Kanybek Isakov said. The document was signed during the official visit of President Sooronbai Jeenbekov to the UAE.
According to the Minister, more than 100 Kyrgyz students study in the UAE today.
The agreement will allow to increase the number of students studying in the UAE.
The two countries signed the first memorandum on cooperation in the education sphere, according to Isakov. The document implies cooperation in school and higher education spheres, exchange of experience, joint conferences and training of specialists.
