AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyz MP Ruslan Choibekov said the judges in Kyrgyzstan have too much work. "We all demand a fair trial, but in normal situation, one judge should consider about 20 cases per month. One judge has up to 100 cases in reality. It is not physically possible to cope. What decisions are made?" he said.
He called on to allocate more money into judiciary system to raise salaries of judges.
"For a fair decision it is also necessary to reduce the burden on judges," he added.
