Uzbek President congratulates Kazakhstan on Independence Day

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on December 16 congratulated the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the Independence Day of the country, the press service of the Uzbek President said.
Kazakhstanis are celebrating their Independence Day today and tomorrow.
The law on independence and the sovereignty of Kazakhstan was adopted on December 16, 1991. According to the law on holidays, it is celebrated on December 16-17.
