Dozens of participants of march in Nur-Sultan reportedly arrested

AKIPRESS.COM - The participants of the marching in Nur-Sultan were arrested, according to Vlast news agency.
The march participants could not make it to the Akorda state residence, the final destination of the marching which started at the famine victim memorial.
About 50-60 people were reported detained.
In Almaty, the "Oyan, Kazakhstan" movement organized a rally in the Republic square to pay homage to the Zhanaozen strike victims and fight for freedom of Kazakhstanis.
Today Kazakhstan marks its independence day.
