Drug advertisement in Kazakhstan to lead to 15 years of prison sentence

AKIPRESS.COM - Those spreading drugs on Internet will face up to 15 years in prison, according to the bill of Kazakhstan, Vlast.kz reports. Deputy Prosecutor General of the country Marat Akhmetxhanov during the Senate session said that the draft law on keeping, spreading of narcotic drugs, including on electronic resourses will be transferred into a category of the gravest crimes.
Spreading of drugs on the Internet will be punished up to 15 years in prison, propoganda of drugs - up to 6 years, in public places and pre-school instructions - the crime is considered as the gravest crime category.
