They captured children in public places in night time. Minors are not allowed to be at public places without adults after 10.00 pm.
Store sellers were warned against sale of alcohol and cigarettes to minors.
36 raids were carried out since the beginning of the year in Balykchy, in which 286 teachers and 531 parents participated.
22 children were held with cigarettes. Their parents were fined for that.
