New edition of instructions on procedure of visa registration and issuance adopted

AKIPRESS.COM - A new edition of the instructions on procedure of visa registration and issuance of the Kyrgyz Republic established by the decree of the government dated March 15, 2017 has been approved. The relevant decree was signed by Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev, the press service of the government said.
The new edition is aimed at the following:
- digitalization of the visa application process;
- Further improvement of the Electronic Visa system;
- reduction of bureaucratic procedures;
- exclusion of direct contact with visa applicants;
- improving the tourist attractiveness of the country;
- reduction of corruption risks.
The new edition allows to conduct centralized management of migration processes, facilitate the conditions and procedures for issuing permits to citizens of foreign countries and reduce the possibility of illegal employment.
