Deon Badenhorst becomes President of Kumtor Gold Company

AKIPRESS.COM - Deon Badenhorst holds the post of President of the Kumtor Gold Company from January 1, 2020, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Mining and Metallurgical Union of Kyrgyzstan Eldar Tajibayev said.
According to him, Deon Badenhorst earlier served as Vice President of the company/Director Human Resources. He worked in the company for 11 years.
His predecessor, who worked as President of the company Daniel Desjardins now holds the position of the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Centerra Gold Inc. and transfers to the main office of the Centerra in Toronto.
