Uzbek Deputy FM meets Turkish diplomat

AKIPRESS.COM - The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with the Director General for Policy, Analysis and Coordination at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Burak Akçapar, who arrived in Uzbekistan within the framework of the regular inter-MFA consultations in various spheres on Jan 6, Uzbekistan Foreign Ministry reports. Bilateral agenda for 2020 in political, trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian and other areas was discussed at the meeting. The parties expressed their interest in increasing cooperation, including within the framework of international organizations.
Special attention was paid to the exchange of experience of conducting the conference, which is annually organized in Ankara with participation of all Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey, who are serving at the Central Office of the Ministry and Diplomatic Missions abroad.
The Turkish delegation also attended the Foreign Ministry's Consultative Meeting on foreign policy planning.
