Injured snow leopard seen sitting on a tree near village in Talas

AKIPRESS.COM - A snow leopard was seen sitting on the tree and bleeding by residents of Kok-Oi village, Talas region.
The rare animal was wounded in the eye and it's not known yet how it ended up so close to the village.
Employees of the Talas Department of Biodiversity Conservation and Specially Protected Areas arrived on the scene and helped villagers capture the animal.
The snow leopard was temporarily caged.
