Thousands families in Ashgabat to become owners of new houses

AKIPRESS.COM - The construction of new residential buildings is underway in Ashgabat, state media reports.
The builders will construct 23 residential buildings in monolithic construction in the allotted territory. 36-apartment and 54-apartment nine-story buildings are designed to accommodate more than a thousand families. A park zone, children's playgrounds and sports grounds, multi-level parking lots and other facilities will be created nearby.
The construction of another 35 four-story houses is also underway in the capital's Buzmeyin district. Nine 32-apartment buildings were already commissioned. Another seven buildings will be commissioned in May this year.
15 residential buildings will be constructed at Buzmeyin at the second phase of the construction works. At the same time, a shopping center, a kindergarten and a comprehensive school will be erected nearby. Sports grounds, children's playgrounds, places for family celebrations, garden, and car parking will be located on the territory adjacent to the houses. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2021.
The construction of Gurtly residential complex's second phase is also underway. More than 3,000 families will become new home owners after the commissioning of the four-story buildings.
