Lawmaker criticizes Labor Ministry over ignoring issue of orphanage graduates

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Gulshat Asylbayeva criticized the Labor Ministry and government over ignoring the issues of orphanage graduates at the parliament meeting on Jan 16. "I want to thank head of the state for paying attention to children. I have raised the issues of graduates of orphanages several times. To date, the 5 graduates have housings due to the public fund. The government has done nothing in this case," she said.
Asylbayeva proposed to consider the possibility of construction of houses for orphans, as in the case of issuing houses to servicemen.
"If the Labor Ministry will not work in this direction, than Prime Minister will take this issue under his control," lawmaker added.
