MP Bekeshev asks to discuss new traffic rules with drivers

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Dastan Bekeshev asked to hold extended public discussions of new traffic rules at the parliament meeting on Jan 16. According to him, the government published draft of new traffic rules at the website by the end of 2019. "There some moments as banning reverse movement at night and stopping between settlements.
