Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov arrives in Uzbekistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov today has arrived in Uzbekistan, UzA reports. Deputy Foreign Minister Ilhom Nematov, Ambassador of Russia to Uzbekistan Vladimir Turdenev and other officials greeted Lavrov upon arrival at Tashkent International Airport.
The program of the visit includes talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, visit to the Tashkent branch of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
The talks will address a range of bilateral political, economic, commercial, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
The cooperation program for 2020-2021 between the Foreign Ministries is expected to be signed.
