President Tokayev might announce moratorium concerning civil service

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev might announce a moratorium on holding civil service of Corps B, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports. The document suggests to introduce a moratorium on announcement of general contests for occupation of vacant public administrative positions of Corps B.
The staff number of civil servants that are maintained at the expense of the state budget are required to be reduced from April 1, 2020 by 5%.
The document is submitted for public discussion until January 27.
