AKIPRESS.COM - A reason for death of the second pilot of Bek Air plane will be established as a result of the forensic tests, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports referring to the first Deputy Interior Minister of Kazakhstan Marat Kozhayev.
Any criminal acts are also excluded, he noted.
"According to preliminary data, a reason for his death is not any trauma received during the crash, nor other criminal factors. Probably, this is more about his health, but everything will be proven by forensic tests that will last for 30 days," he told journalists at the Majilis of the Parliament.
The second pilot Mirzhan Muldakulov was born in May 1965. His total flight time was 11,544 hours, including 4,144 hours by Fokker 100.
Muldakulov survided in the plane crash on December 27, 2019 outside Almaty. Reports about his death appeared on January 28, 2020.
The health department of Almaty discharged him on January 21 in stable condition.
A blogger Denis Krivosheyev said the pilot died of pulmonary thromboembolism. He also said that the pilot was feeling good recently.
