AKIPRESS.COM - The online registration of legal entities began operating in Kyrgyzstan since Dec 31, 2019, said Justice Minister Marat Jamankulov at the press conference in Bishkek on Jan 30. According to him, the project was tested in Bishkek and the Chui region on June 26 during the forum.
"During the forum, one of the citizens submitted his documents online. He received a certificate on state registration of the legal entity within an hour and half," the minister said.
"A citizen may submit the documents to the justice bodies, if he has biometric passport, smart-cards and Internet. The certificate will be issued to him if there are no issues with compliance with the law. The citizens can ask questions online," added Jamankulov.
The Justice Ministry plans to switch whole registration and re-registration procedures to online format by 2021.
