Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund received 363 complaints against health care workers in a year

AKIPRESS.COM - The Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund received 363 complaints against health care workers in 2019, the funds said. 129 cases were confirmed, the reprimands were issued on 59 cases, warnings on 80 cases, payments were refunded on 14 cases, including 6 doctors resigned voluntarily and 127 complaints were taken under control of health care organizations authorities.
The patients expressed gratitude to the medical staff and to the employees of the Insurance Fund in 40 cases.
