AKIPRESS.COM - Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Tigran Sarkisyan at the Digital Almaty forum called on the EAEU countries to create a joint eco system to regulate digital transformation.
According to him, a proposal to set up the Eurasian digital platform was initiated 4 years ago, when the countries were not ready to this.
Sarkisyan said 10,000 programmers in Armenia work for the companies of third countries. The Armenian IT company won the tender in Kazakhstan using a foreign platform and receiving information not within the EAEU, but through other international platforms, he said.
The third countries, he said, do not give authority to the EAEU countries on digital technologies.
The EAEU countries should jointly create a platform for digital companies to give opportunity to companies to know each other. This will change a logic of the state system.
