World Martial Arts Masterships Committee is interested in cooperation with Turkmenistan

AKIPRESS.COM - The Turkmen Foreign Ministry hosted South Korean delegation Feb 4 led by the Secretary General of the World Martial Arts Masterships Committee Jae Keun Choi. The parties noted vital role of sport in strengthening of friendship and cooperation between countries and peoples. The World Martial Arts Masterships Committee promotes martial arts games through hosting sport events and festivals, primarily the World Martial Arts Masterships.
The Turkmen national team won the first place at the World Martial Arts Masterships in 2019 in the South Korean city Chungju. The guests highly appraised the development of sports movement in Turkmenistan which turned into one of the leading centres for hosting the large-scale international events. Expressing hope for the development of cooperation with Turkmenistan, the delegation of the World Martial Arts Masterships Committee proposed to consider the issues of hosting the World Martial Arts Masterships in Turkmenistan in the future.
