Ombudsmen of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan hold phone talks over Kordai conflict

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyz Ombudsman Tokon Mamytov today held telephone talk with his Kazakh counterpart Elvira Azimova and discussed the situation in the Masanchi village. According to Mamytov, Kazakhstan citizens were placed in the families of Tokmok residents and other settlements of Issyk-Ata district. Kazakhstanis were provided humanitarian and medical assistance.
Azimova, for her part, expressed gratitude towards citizens and authorities of Kyrgyzstan for provision of support to Kazakh citizens.
