Kazakhstan withdraws temporary ID and photos of children in passports

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan cancelled temporary identitification documents and pasting in photos of children in the parents' passports, Kazakhstan Today reported. The Migration Service of Almaty says that the law of Kazakhstan on providing state services dated November 25, 2019 cancels the norm on issuing temporary IDs and the procedure of submitting information about children under 16 years and pasting in their photos for exit from country.
Now a citizen of Kazakhstan, who loses ID, will receive a standard ID. This will ease the workflow production and simplifies the procedure of providing civil services to Kazakh citizens, according to chief of the migration service of the police department of Almaty Askhat Butunchiyev.
