Two men suspected of plotting terror attacks detained in Almaty

AKIPRESS.COM - Two supporters of extremist movement were detained in Almaty on suspicion of plotting terrorist attacks in public places, the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan reported. During the check of their place of residence, explosive devices, weapons, smartphones with photos and videos of the places planned to be attacked were found and seized.
Criminal probes were launched against the detainees.
Investigation is under way.
