New devices for measuring air quality to appear in Kyrgyzstan in 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - More than 50 devices for measuring air quality will be supplied to Kyrgyzstan in 2020 according to the plan approved by Vice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov, the first deputy head of the government office Bolot Junusov said.
The tools will be delivered by the Asian Development Bank, he noted.
A group of independent ecologists on development of a program of complex measures on fighting air pollution has been created, according to Junusov.
There is an alternative plan as well, he added.
The plan is aimed at development of issues on expansion of gasification and financial tools so that people could transfer into gas heating, Junusov said.
Three diplomats left the country in 2019 due to the air pollution, according to him.
"We live in this city and the situation with air pollution really deteriorated over the past 5-7 years, which affects the health of the population," he noted.
