Kyrgyz poet Kojogeldi Kultegin awarded gold medal of TURKSOY

AKIPRESS.COM - The 60th birthday of the People's Poet of Kyrgyzstan, representative of Kyrgyzstan in TURKSOY, Kojogeldi Kultegin was marked in Ankara, the press service of the TURKSOY reported. The ceremony was opened by Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliyev, who conveyed congratulations from President Sooronbai Jeenbekov on this occasion.
In his speech, Secretary General of the TURKSOY Duisen Kaseinov said that Kojogeldi Kultegin contributed to the development of literature and science not only in Kyrgyzstan, but also in Turkey.
Kaseinov awarded the poet gold medal of TURKSOY.
Kojogeldi Kultegin became the 4th representative of culture of Kyrgyzstan, who received gold medal.
Deputy Minister of Culture of Kyrgyzstan Kairat Imanaliyev conveyed the congratulations of Speaker of the Parliament Dastan Jumabekov, Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev and told about the role of the poet in the sphere of literature and culture.
