Two arrested for 2 months for raping teenage girl with mental retardation in Osh

AKIPRESS.COM - Two suspects of raping a teenage girl in Alai district of Osh region were arrested for 2 months until the end of investigation, police said.
The suspects born in 1983 and 1995 pleaded guilty to separately raping a girl within a week.
Head of local education department Mamasharip Musaev said the victim has a disability (mental retardation).
The mother of the 17-year-old reported to police about rape on Feb 13 claiming that one raped her child on Feb 9 and another on Feb 12.
