Probe against soothsayer who proclaimed himself a new God terminated

AKIPRESS.COM - Probe against well-known soothsayer Arstan Abdyldayev was terminated over the absence of elements of crime in his actions, Bishkek police said.
Probe was launched against Arstan Alai (Abdyldayev) in October 2019 into incitement to racial, ethnic, national, religious or interregional hatred after he publicly proclaimed himself as "a new God".
