Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan readying for border demarcation

AKIPRESS.COM - The governments of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan on February 17-21 held a regular meeting on border demarcation in Almaty, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan said. The participants prepared the draft documents for demarcation of the international border on the territory near Navoi region of Uzbekistan bordering Kyzylorda and Turkestan regions of Kazakhstan.
The commission confirmed the action plan on preparation of the draft final documents on demarcation of the Uzbek-Kazakh border in 2020.
