Police check report on violence against 9yo boy in Belovodsk orphanage

AKIPRESS.COM - The police check the report on violence against 9-year-old boy from Belovodsk orphanage, said the Deputy Labor Minster Aliza Soltonbekva at the press conference in Bishkek on Feb 24 . According to her, the report on beating of 9yo boy was received from his grandfather.
"The commission was set up on this case and police launched investigation. Each child was checked. A boy was delivered to Belovodsk orphanage in 2019. It was found that, a boy has obsessive habits, mentally defective and overactive," she said.
The awareness raising campaign on this case is underway.
Belovodsk orphanage is designed for 254 orphans. Currently, there are 220 children, including 129 boys and 93 girls.
