Late arrival of ambulances linked to lack of personnel: Bishkek Emergency Center

"The problem resides in lack of ambulances. Not cars, but ambulance teams. Bishkek has 37 out of 100 ambulance teams. Generally, this issue is resulted from lack of personnel. 85 out of 100 medical posts remain vacant as people not agree to work for the low wage," he said.
