Kyrgyz Health Ministry has emergency plan if coronavirus occurs

AKIPRESS.COM - Health Ministry has action plan in case of coronavirus outbreak in Kyrgyzstan, the Deputy Health Minister Madamin Karatayev told AKIpress on Feb 25. "God forbid! A person tested positive for coronavirus will be isolated if we will have one. We have all necessary equipment for this. We are maximally ready," said Karatayev.
South Korea is reporting 84 more cases of the new virus, bringing its total to 977. China reported 508 new cases and another 71 deaths, 68 of them in the central city of Wuhan, where the epidemic was first detected in December. The updates bring mainland China's totals to 77,658 cases and 2,663 deaths.
The World Heath Organization said COVID-19 had the potential to be a pandemic but wasn't one yet.
