80 flowering vanhoutte spirea planted in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - Employees of the Bishkekzelenhoz municipal company planted 80 shrubs of the flowering vanhoutte spirea, the mayor's office reported. 62 shrubs were planted along the Manas Avenue at the intersection of Jibek Jolu to Rysskulov street and 18 shrubs on Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue.
Vanhoutte spirea is widely planted, but the parent (S. trilobata) appears superior in quality.
Bishkekzelenhoz planted more than 600 fir-trees in winter and plans to plant more than 10,000 deciduous trees in spring.
