Ethnosport and games festival to start since March in Tajikistan

AKIPRESS.COM - The ethnosport and games festival will be held in Tajikistan.
It will start in March at the level of towns and districts of the country.
Since 2016, the festival traditionally consists of three stages, the National Olympic Committee said.
The first stage of the festival starts in March on occasion of the Navruz holiday at the level of towns and districts of the country.
The second stage is devoted to the Youth Day marked in May and is held at the level of regions.
The third stage starts in September on occasion of the independence day.
The festival will include tournaments in national wrestling, field hockey, swimming, arm wrestling, chess, tug-of-war, running.
The national games will include cockfight, sword fighting, archery, rope jumping, etc.
