Issyk-Ata district hosts session on development of family support services

AKIPRESS.COM - The administration of the Issyk-Ata district of the Chui region and public fund "League of Advocates of the Rights of the Child" held a session on development of the family support and foster family services on Feb 27. The intergovernmental plan o the optimization of the children boarding schools was presented at the meeting, the fund reports.
It is expected that 50 foster families will be prepared in 2020, which will serve as alternative form for hosting children in difficult life situations, as well as services for family support and foster family development will be established in a pilot regime.
