Bailiffs executed 30% of court’s decisions in 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Taabaldy Tillayev wondered how many court decisions have been executed during the parliament meeting on Feb 26. According to the director of judicial department Kubanychbek Kapalov, the department received 92,933 decisions and 30% of them were executed following the year results.
"Some the court's decision remained unexecuted. The wages of bailiffs amounted to 8,000 soms, they did not have travel expenses and have no conditions at the working place," said Tillayev.
Prior to this, the issues of the introduction of amendments into budget Code, which envisages that 10% of the collected debt will be allocated to the salary of the bailiff was raised.
"Unfortunately, this moment was not envisaged in the Code on non-tax revenues, however the amendments will be made into the corresponding documents to resolve this issue. Then, the bailiffs may open deposit account to receive 10% from collected debts," said the Deputy Finance Minister Ulukbek Karymshakov.
