Identity of 11th Masanchi conflict victim established

AKIPRESS.COM - Police established the identity of the man whose burnt remains were found during the cleanup of the burnt shopping center in the village of Masanchi in Kordai district following the mass disorders, Tengrinews.kz reported.
The results of the DNA test of the remains of the 11th deceased man in the Masanchi conflict were announced.
"The identity of the human remains discovered in the burnt shopping center was established. It was a 20-year-old Murat Masanov, who was reported missing," the Jambyl region police department said.
On February 9, the young man's father reported to police that his son was missing.
The police will establish the circumstances leading to death of the young man.
The mass brawl occurred on February 7 in Masanchi village, in which around 300 men participated. The mass disorders then affected Aukhatty and Bular-Batyr villages. The stones, shotguns, metal items were used by rioters.
The participants of the conflict received bodily injuries and gunshot wounds. 185 were injured and 34 were taken to hospital. The death toll made 11 people. 39 houses, 20 stores and 47 vehicles were burnt down.
