Uzbekistan postpones international law forum over coronavirus

AKIPRESS.COM - The second international law forum Tashkent Law Spring has been postponed over coronavirus, the Ministry of Justice said today. The forum was planned for April 23-25.
"Such decision was made to prevent spread of COVID-19 among forum participants, including foreign visitors and citizens of the country," the Ministry of Justice said.
Those registered for the event will be informed about the date of the forum.
Earlier Tashkent Investment Forum and the plenary session of the Foreign Investors Council under the President of Uzbekistan were postponed until November 2020.
Uzbekistan also postponed international championships and competitions over coronavirus fears.
